In 2024 and 2025, I worked closely with senior leaders at food redistribution charity, FareShare, to support their communications through a period of change for the organisation. With a colleague at di:ga Strategy and Communications, I worked on refreshed core messaging and a revised communications strategy, supported a small brand refresh, handled a couple of sensitive stories, and media trained their new CEO. I then also worked with the leadership team to plan for the announcement of their merger with The Felix Project.

Working with Amy during a time of considerable internal and external change was invaluable. As my external presence as CEO grew, her media training gave me real confidence, and her work sharpening our core messaging ensured we were communicating with clarity and purpose. Her strategic guidance and calm, thoughtful approach made a significant difference to the organisation and to me personally.
